The Foundation of SEHGAL AUTORIDERS was laid in the year 1988 by our esteemed Chairman Mr.R.P.Sehgal along with Mr.Rabinderpal Singh Sehgal. We started with only 20 employees and we have not looked back since then. The group has seen exponential growth under the able guidance of our Group Chairman. Mr.Sehgal currently looks after the overall functioning of SEHGAL AUTORIDERS Pvt. Ltd. as the Group Chairman. SEHGAL AUTORIDERS is committed to quality and efficient service. We strive to be at the forefront of our industry with the use of state of the art technology. Our leadership constantly motivates our staff for excellence and perfection. Our Management team also strives towards maintaining high standards by ensuring knowledge-driven, honest and transparent work environment. Our Managing Director, Mr.Nicky Sehgal is our leader and guides us at every step of the way. Mr.Kanwarjeet Singh Sehgal also serves as the Managing Director of SEHGAL AUTORIDERS Pvt. Ltd. He is an engineer and has immense experience in the industry. He is one of the individuals who are responsible for taking our group to grater heights. Our Marketing and Sales Head, Mr. Chandrashekahr Latkar has an experience of more than 30 years in the automobile industry. His experience and leadership abilities make him an invaluable part of our team. Dr. Shripad Shingwekar, Group Head of Human Resources has more than 25 years of industry experience and several educational qualifications under his belt. He is one of the most experienced members of the team and handles important functions like talent acquisition, training and development, compensation management, performance, managements systems and employee engagement.
